1. Our Services

Beanbag Capital is an independent business funding broker. We help businesses explore funding options, such as working capital and revenue-based financing, by connecting them with third-party funding providers. We are not a direct lender or funder, and we do not make funding decisions.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent. You authorize us to share the business information you submit with funding providers so that they can evaluate your request.

3. Text Messages

If you give us your consent, Beanbag Capital may send you text messages about your funding inquiry, such as status updates, follow-ups from your funding specialist, requests for documents, and appointment reminders. You can give consent by checking the text message box on our inquiry form or by telling us in writing by email that you agree to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which we will send one confirmation message and stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected]. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 4. Use of the Site

9. Third-Party Providers

Any funding agreement you sign is between you and the funding provider. Beanbag Capital is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the provider's acts, terms, or decisions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
